No I'm not using a symlink to initng and having just "/bin/kill -SIGHUP 
1" didn't help either. Same warnings are spitting out. And I have looked 
if it's some other service spitting them out but I haven't found 
anything so far so I think it's the SIGHUP line itself that is causing 
it. Thanks anyway for the help.
