Well, we definitely shouldn't vote until it is complete. And I'd rather
see any vote that we do being a "rubber stamp" after being brought up on
other mailing lists. Though, considering what happened with the LGM CoC
discussion, I do think we need a vote on it to ensure it gets out of the
realm of bike shedding anarchists.
