Yes, you can drop a note to the fine folks on the inkscape-doc@ mailing list. Maren has been coordinating translation work with everyone, so would be worthwhile to touch base with her. The website actually has a fairly good infrastructure for translators. They can see which pages have been updated and need translation work and so on. There may not be a whole lot of coordination needed. A number of things on the site we actually won't want translated... legal documents, pdfs, and so on, since we wouldn't want misinterpretations introduced via the translation process. If we have a way to flag things 'do not translate' that would be good to know.
