A simple approach would be to associate a mailing list with the launchpad administrative team. https://launchpad.net/~inkscape.admin Then we could perhaps give these admins access to the credentials for IRC, website, mailing list, etc. Having a contact address through Launchpad, that is independent of our website and mailing list, would be sensible if e.g. those things were inaccessible or down. I can go ahead and set this up if you guys think it's a good approach?
