Alright, well thanks for following up.  I think Martin also had some
ideas regarding arranging something in Boston for tackling GTK issues.
I'll talk with him on if he'd be willing to carry this action forward.

You can put it in the credentials repo:

  bzr branch lp:~inkscape.dev/inkscape/credentials

Look at the README and do steps 1-4 to register your GPG key.
Then steps 8 & 9 to add a new credential.
