Hey, everyone,

Although we haven't worked out an exact schedule, here's the basic
schedule for the booksprint:

Arrive in Paris and set up/get started at the Cite des Sciences:
Saturday, July 5th
Work: 6th-11th
Finish and leave: Saturday, July 12th

Again, if anyone is interested in participating from afar, we've got a
jabber room for the booksprint
([EMAIL PROTECTED]), and we'll be present on
Inkscape IRC as well for those who don't use jabber. Remember that
we'll be in keeping somewhat with normal Paris time. It would probably
be a good idea to keep in touch so that nobody is duplicating or
conflicting efforts. It would be awesome to get help from all over the
globe during the booksprint week!

Anyone who's planning on being involved should probably be familiar with
these FM basics:

http://en.flossmanuals.net/FLOSSManuals/IndexIntro
http://en.flossmanuals.net/FLOSSManuals/IndexBasics
http://en.flossmanuals.net/bin/view/Inkscape

FM is really pretty easy to use, and fairly intuitive, so it shouldn't
take much to get familiar. However, the more familiar we are with it
beforehand, the more productive we'll be.

Any testing can be done in the Inkscape_Basic manual right now, since
the "official" work is starting in the Inkscape manual right now.
Please feel free to rip apart Inkscape_Basic, though, and don't do any
real work there either.

JF
