Hallo everyone I think the file formats in the save dialog depends on what programs you have on your system. My guess is that Inkcscape check if those programs are available and when you save it to that format, Inkscape will use like libraries from that program to save it into that format. If this is so, we must put a note in the "Working with files" chapter.
I have a little problem: I use Ubuntu for all my work, but when I want to use the Internet, I have to reboot into my small Windows installation. I use a nokia 5200 and Bluetooth to make an Internet connection. I've tried everything but I can't get this connection to work on Ubuntu. If someone can help me, please let me know.
