"FLOSS Manuals: Inkscape" would link to http://en.flossmanuals.net/inkscape And etc. For those 2 above, there are other links in each section, but your argument to me for making the heading into a link, was convenience. So I was just thinking it would make it more convenient. It's not going to prevent anyone from clicking the other links, if they want to. But most people will be going for the main manual, in both cases.
