To my understanding, uploads should: - conform to US family friendly standards (we might need to explain that, for the non-US people like me...) - not contain malware, spyware, adware or other things that can damage or block a downloader's computer - not be intended to damage the inkscape.org infrastructure - not contain advertising for anything but Free software / Free Culture - not be intended to discrimate against anyone, or to hurt anyone - not be abusing inkscape.org's infrastructure as a file-sharing platform for things totally unrelated with Inkscape - not infringe anyone's copyright - and probably more, like conform to US legislation On the positive side, I think, in general uploads should: - have a relation to Inkscape (made with it, made for it, have to do with organisation for the project, be an extension for it, teach it,...) - show other users what one can do with Inkscape - help other users to get the most out of Inkscape - be the most welcome if they use open licences, so others can learn more from them And then there are also the comments which need a set of rules. We currently link to the non-finished CoC... What are the others' ideas for mails, uploads, T&C, CoC and comments?
