There are a few things: I had just changed all those Windows download links to the non-sf addresses (which seems a bad move now... but I couldn't foresee this... - we wouldn't have those Windows dl bug reports and unhappy users now if I had not changed them.... :-( - can't kick myself as hard as I'd like to...). When OSUOSL has brought the db back, it would be good if you could restore the Windows downloads pages for all languages, *if* it still seems a good idea to use our own file archive instead of the sf ones until they are in the resources system.
