If you'd like to learn how to edit the website, make an account at staging.inkscape.org, and tell us your user name. Instructions for website editing are available here: http://wiki.inkscape.org/wiki/index.php/WebSite When you've tried it out a little, and feel certain enough to edit the 'real' webpage, get an account at inkscape.org and tell us your user name there. Be sure to send a message to the docs list when your changes are ready to be translated to the other website languages. I can't help much with quality review (I've only just written my first extension ever, to help me with quickly resizing floor plans).
