My pleasure. My team-leader at GNOME identified Inkscape as a key
application some time ago, so I'm really glad to be getting on with

sodipodi! Of course!
I had no idea what it was, so I only got around to translating it
recently. I have it at 100% for GNOME, so that should help
However, if that POT is out-of-date, it would help to have it removed
from GNOME CVS/SVN, so we don't waste time translating it.

Simos is an excellent translator, a great resource for GNOME i18n.

Every string counts. :)
I'll initialize the Inkscape PO file from my compendium, which has
all the sodipodi strings: that should give me a good start.

Undoubtedly, you would get more translator attention. The GNOME
Translation Project has a large and growing number of translation
teams whose translators work very hard. It's also easier for us to
keep track of modules which are part of a larger translation project:
chasing up individual projects is more time-consuming. For example, I
check my TP, GNOME, KDE and Debian status pages every few days, but
only have time to respond to individual projects when I get an update
mail, or get reminders on their mailing list. The big projects do
tend to get priority, because they use our effort more efficiently.
