http://wiki.inkscape.org/wiki/index.php/Translation_information As you will see, there is a lot of translatable content for Inkscape. The PO file for your language can be found here: http://svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/inkscape/inkscape/trunk/po/ja.po?view=markup There you will find the name of the last translator. Please contact him/her before any modification is done.
