Does it have to be a continuous 30 pages of text or is it possible for the text to be a text consisting of text snippets? And how many time do you have for it? I am asking because I can offer you a translation of Inkscape tutorials plus maybe some wiki pages that could be translated to Czech language too. Let me introduce you the Czech translation team ... me :) There is also one student from Olomouc who did previous translation of 4 tutorials last year and plan to work on it this year too, but I haven't heard of him for a few months.
