Translation status of that file is 2775 translated messages. The following file, uploaded yesterday, has 2920 translated messages: http://launchpadlibrarian.net/15318623/inkscape.nl.po (from https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/+bug/219475) Kris, Foppe and me have already contacted each other, and we will work together to merge our changes and update the file further. If a release of inkscape is imminent, please commit the above Launchpad file into SVN, into the release branch. In any case, you can expect further updates pretty soon.
