Hey Translators, I have updated the downloads page for 0.47 located at: /inkscape_web/trunk/download/download-en.inc
It appears that we have had cs, de, es, fr, it, ja, and ru translations in the past just so people are aware. Also, my grep skills seem to be failing me as I can't find the file which contains the version information "$actual_version". So, if anyone knows where this is located or has better luck finding it, if you could bump it to 0.47 that would be appreciated.
