1. The updated Romanian translation which is present at
http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~inkscape.dev/inkscape/trunk/files/head:/po/
is not included in the 0.48 prerelease.

2. The installer does not substitute the variable ${PRODUCT_NAME} with
the actual name. See this
http://www.secarica.ro/traduceri/misc/inskscape_nsis_ro_highlighted.png
shows in Romanian.
Any clue ?
