Hi guys,
to be able to translate please follow the instructions in website dev guide
http://wiki.inkscape.org/wiki/index.php/WebSite#User_Account:
- register
- contact doctormo or other admins at inkscape-dev list to get needed
permissions
- read the manual ;-)
- translate.
For new languages you'll have to ask devs to add those languages to
translatable options I guess (or fill in a bug report/enhancement at
https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape-web).
