Hi Egor,
I reported that bug to the django-cms people already (and several more
bugs ;)). I hope it will make it into their next version.
To copy everything from English, you can also select 'Structure'
(instead of Contents) at the top, and copy by using the icon at the far
right of the top bar. See screenshot.
For pages which already have a partial translation, you can copy the new
parts from the published English page (from the normal browser view, not
the source) and insert them in the editor (in normal mode, not in source
mode).
