There is no issue or problem as far as translations are concerned. We already
have the translations done for all Indic languages and these are also attached
in the Bugs (https://bugs.launchpad.net/~cpdhutadmal ).

I suspect what is missing is volunteers to do the translation. How to
contribute a translation is outlined on this web page
