Right now in the Layer and Object menu we have this:
Layer:

"Lower Layer"
"Layer to Top"
"Layer to Bottom"
Object:
"Raise"
"Lower"
"Raise to Top"
"Lower to Bottom"
Wouldn't it be better to call them the same in both menus:
"Raise"
"Lower"
"Raise to Top"
"Lower to Bottom"
