Hi, Actually I think Giovanni is talking about the Guaraní language: which according to ISO693_3 is Guaraní-Paraguayan (gug)
My understanding is that he wants to launch the Guaraní translation of Inkscape, but since he speaks spanish he wants to subscribe to the spanish mailinglist.
