Hey all, I have submitted zh_CN translations for both lp:inkscape and RELEASE_0_91_BRANCH POTs to the bug, well, patch tracker. Apparently I missed RELEASE_0_92_BRANCH, and mistook 0.91 as 0.9.1 in the submitted filenames, but, uh, those shouldn't be big problems, since we have msgmerge for the former and temporary filenames never matter.
You can take a look at those new submissions at https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/+bug/1520884.
