- Oh, sorry - I misread and thought you were referring to the updated
budget page, because that was the last one that was updated... and it's
in the governance section, too :(
Thanks for clarifying.

The linked governance page *does* of course contain a few plugins, and
it seems it was the file plugin that didn't work for you (at least I
hope I found the reason, after a lot of comparing permissions). It's a
pity that django-cms isn't a little more verbose here.

I've edited permissions for the translators group you're in and hope
that it works now. Could you test, please?

(Although I wonder how it worked for Sylvain - the French version of the
page is translated, and he's in the same group... maybe someone copied
it before he started...)
