The text says "We will be meeting mid-April 2016, just before the Libre Graphics Meeting, in Leeds, UK, for three days of intense work and discussion.". "Mid-April" doesn't sound finalized, and "just before LGM for three days" suggest knowing the dates of LGM. Perhaps it would be best to name the dates exactly or at least link to LGM website directly?
