https://inkscape.org/en/download/source has been changed to contain a new pre-release version source code package. Some items have been rearranged, the screenshot (https://inkscape.org/de/~Moini/%E2%98%85website-update-download-source) doesn't convey it all, so you may need to compare directly to the English version.
