as the 2016 Hackfest is over, we've taken the outdated Hackfest 2016
page out of the menu and added a hint about it being outdated:

As a replacement, we've added a 'general' Hackfests page, with very
similar contents, so even if it looks like a lot of work, it's mostly
copy-paste of your already completed translation (see above), and
removal of some parts:

To reflect this change, we've also had to update the 'Support Us' page
here, see attachment:

These changes aren't urgent, so if you're also working on the main
program translations, it's no problem if you give those priority :)
