I'd like that too, unfortunately it's hard to enforce such a policy in
practice, without some major modifications to the development process.

Based on yesterday's meeting it seems likely we'll need to delay the
release a bit to give more time for the about screen contest, bug
fixing, etc.  So it looks like we could give translation a couple more
weeks beyond what was originally scheduled.
