I'm waiting for any sign from Sylvain in case he needs contribution.

Otherwise, for the arabic, it's right that maybe if there was an arabic
support for the opensource software, it may help to attract some users. So,
i tried using the browser inspector to make some changes and see what
happens. I noticed that RTL support is not 100% necessary (some little css
style fixes have to be done, but they seem to be easy), You can see that in
the screen capture below.
I read that i should do a bug report or something to propose the arabic.
Can you please advice me ?
Also, if we go into something like this i'll have to check other software
arabic websites to have a proper idea and make it more professional.
