I was talking about the draft of the page: https://inkscape.org/pt-br/?edit Be sure to remember that a page has two actual contents: the published ones (delivered to visitors) and the draft one (accessible to editors when in draft mode). Click on the Structure button and you'll see two News plugins. But you shouldn't be able to do anything as I couldn't remove one of them by myself. There's no real problem as the contents is still correct for visitors, but I don't understand why the draft should be broken; it is semantically awful. It would prevent any new work on the page.
