Thanks for all the help guys, updated the PO file and uploaded a new version.
I might now start looking into the Inkscape UI PO file. From What I've seen the current pt_PT version is in a very sorry state, the very few translated strings seem to be terribly outdated, most don't even seem to match the English original version, so I think I'll just start from scratch.
