Hi, Actually, these strings are not untranslatable, just not _translated_ in Russian. Ex. http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~inkscape.dev/inkscape/0.92.x/view/head:/po/ru.po#L17927 The strings are shown translated in Ukrainian (complete translation) here.
