A new item has been added to the FAQ: https://inkscape.org/en/learn/faq/#how-install-uniconvertor-windows It has become necessary, because UniConvertor no longer comes with Inkscape for Windows (if you happen to be able to help with compiling it, then that would be great, too ;-) ).
