Hi Jabier, I think the guide is still up to date in that respect - for the pages I tested, it works exactly as described.
However, there may be situations when the option is disabled. Also, there are pages that cannot be translated, except from the menu label (e.g. the Addons page or the Team pages). It seems that you have solved the issue somehow (how?). Can you give us the link to the page that had the issue for you, Jabier? Or a link to another page that still has the same issue?
