You should be able to see the top bar now. As announced in August, inactive translators have been retired a couple of days ago, so the team's page on the website gives a more accurate view of the current activity, and people who think about joining can see more clearly where their help is needed. The previous team members are still honored on the page, and memberships can be reactivated any time. Your team membership has been renewed. For an up-to-date documentation, please see the Wiki page: http://wiki.inkscape.org/wiki/index.php/WebSite (for changes, look at the page's history) This relevant change (bug...) hasn't been documented yet: When a page is copied from English, you MUST delete any copied images, and reinsert them, else you'll have Brazilian Portuguese image descriptions on the English page.
