Navigate to the affected page, press the /Edit Page/ button, you should
be on content editing mode by default.
After that, on the top bar to the left press the /Structure/ button to
switch to a page overview mode.
From there you can see a list of all plugins present in the current
page, and manage them. Just delete the affected or undesired ones by
pressing the "hamburger" icon to the right.

thought of coping the plugins from English again to overwrite them.

copies of all plugins.
I don't publish those problematic edits yet. How can I discard the
changes I have made and restart everything on the traditional Chinese
page again?
