Hello translators, the website's FAQ has been updated with some info about problems on Windows. For this, a new section has been added at
https://inkscape.org/en/learn/faq/#windows-specific-issues , the item 'How to upgrade on Windows XP' has been removed and the item 'After installing IE9, SVG files are opened with IE, instead of Inkscape' has been updated and moved down into the new Windows-specific-issues section. It's a fair bit of work (two screen heights for me) this time, but we've seen many Inkscape users on Windows struggle with the problems, so it's good they get some official help for these. @Finlay: would you be available to share some of it? I could do 1 + 3, and you could do 2 + 4, perhaps?
