Hi Giuseppe,
I’m the current Italian translator of Inkscape. Some other people wanted to
contribute to the translation and we spoke about it in this forum
http://www.inkscapeforum.it/index.php?topic=2110
The goal is to set up a fork where we can work without the hassle of having
local translation files etc.
Unfortunately I have been very busy lately and probably during this month we
will work a bit on this and hopefully get a working branch.
