how 2 use a dll from perl with Inline and "C"

im trying 2 call functions in a dll i wrote,
im using windows 2000 , and ActivePerl, i used ppm 2 get the Inline module,
but i cant use the "LoadLibrary" ,
does anyone know how can i use a dll ??
