I've put a new snapshot on

I think I fixed some of the perl 5.005_03 bugs, and I also managed to to run
all tests succesfully
onWindows using nmake (Win98, Java SDK 1.3.0_02, ActiveState 5.6.0 build
623)!

I think my slow phase as work will be coming to an end shortly, so take
advantage of it while
turnaround is fast...
