Woohoo! I had almost resigned myself to shipping Inline without fixing
your mystery problem. This is certainly good news.

Jochen's email tipped me off that I was not setting up things right when
I created a new config file. Since I launch a new Perl to do this, I
need to make sure that the @INC is correct and that PERL5* vars don't
clobber me. I think I might have been launching the wrong Inline. (How's
it going for you Jochen?)

I'll never know for sure. But as I said before, "Woohoo!"
