Changes:
* Inline works 'with' Event again. Was busted.
* Marcel's MacOS patch.
* Doc fixes per Ned.
* Changed config-creation INC paths. This should be right, but if I'm
wrong the install may once again fail for Jochen and Binkley. So try it
again you guys.
* (re)Introduced autoloading of most subs. (Faster startup!)
* Fixed more path related buglets.
* Ned's install problem was Ned's Perl's problem.
* Inline::MakeMaker automatically adds WriteMakefile dependency for
"Inline => '0.40'"
* Ran all old example programs from German Perl Workshop successfully.
All known bugs are fixed.
Still need to try testing with -T/UNTAINT.
Still want to figure out Win9x/ME issues.
Still need more doc fixes.
Still need to coordinate with ILSM authors and Damian's Inline::Files
release.
NOTE: I would like to plan on releasing this Sunday. Neil has a little
time to shape up his code. I need to update CPR. If Patrick and Ryan are
game, then it might be a plan. Let me know.
