Yes it makes sense. This has been brought up before. The problem is an
artifact of the fact that Inline::C (and C++) use the load() method
built into Inline.pm (which calls DynaLoader). The idea was that you
don't need to ever load the ILSM unless you are compiling.

Of course, all the other ILSMs need to provide their own custom load().
Having the parameters would be nice. Patrick has begged for this in the
past for Inline::Java.

So we'l add it for the next release! :)
