Ah. Why didn't you say so ;) MYEXTLIB is probably what you want. Yes I know it's a stupid name, but that's not my fault. :) I'm not sure if it takes multiple libs. (please let me know) You may need to archive these into a .a file first. LIBS is *only* for -lfoo type objects. BTW, This all ties heavily into the object dependancy thread that Nicholas started earlier this week. I'd like to hear some more comments on my proposals... Cheers, Brian
