there are good news.
 Inline is running on winnt in my system but  i dont know what the problem
was.
 I've forrmatted the partition and installed winnt and programs again.
 The system, perl  and visual c++ configuration is the last what i had.
 I don't specify the path(s) to the Includes in the 'INC' option.
..I can run inline now using apache and on a prompt,
it don't run on Dzsoft perl edtor 5.1,  but I don't care  it.
Well,
I can say INLINE RUNS ON WINNT with VISUAL C++.
