As you know by now (but repeated for clarity)

  This is perl, version 5.005_03 built for ppc-linux

  Characteristics of this binary (from libperl):
    Compile-time options: DEBUGGING

Looks to me like you've hit the bug in Parse::RecDescent with debugging 
perl you mentioned in the actual Inline code this time.
