Hmm.  Wow.  Yeah, that grammar is cooler.  I've been giving some small
thoughts to extending my grammar to include that.

The problem is that they leave some stuff unspecified.  Like when a
rule adds a sub-grammar, how long is the scope?  Does it stay in place
once triggered, or revert after the rule?
