Basically upgrade to 0.46. Inline::Java 0.45 doesn't compile if you have ExtUtils::ParseXS installed. A new extension was added that works with the old xsubpp but not with the new xsubpp that is supplied with ExtUtils::ParseXS. BTW, Inline::Java 0.46 is not indexed on search.cpan.org.
