If you are running on Linux, you may be
able to get by by checking out the lastest stuff from the CVS 
repository
on SourceForge.
Okay - I do have a Linux box available to try on, but my primary 
platforms are OS X and Solaris.  If you'd like, I can give you some 
test reports on those as things develop.


I should be releasing 0.48_01 within the next week with this stuff
functionnal (at least on Linux).

By the way, I said in my first message that I wanted to do this:

But I think all I really need to do is this:
