If you have installed a support module for this language, try deleting the config file from the following Inline DIRECTORY, and run again:
/usr/src/Inline-Ruby-0.02/_Inline

Whenever I've got that message, deleting the specified config file has worked .... though that doesn't guarantee that it will work in this instance :-)
Anyway - if you haven't already - give it a try and see what happens.
